(April 11, 2021, 4:05 pm)I don't have a Google Account to write this review so I am using my husband's account; My name is Silvana; I live in Maple and I am 52 years old; I love art and used to dabble in sketching painting and even calligraphy when I was younger. For years now I was trying to find a way to enrol into art classes; then came COVID and the world of virtual learning; So I Google'd online art classes and Lory's page came up; I contacted her immediately and within the same week or so I was signed up for her virtual classes and she was able to accommodate a date and that time that worked best for me; She made every class informative; she was encouraging and walked me through every technique we learned; as a result I ended up setting aside time for me so that I could enjoy something I love!!!! I learned techniques I never knew about before; I improved on some techniques and I learned how to create art with new mediums (inks); She is patient and always encouraging. I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone; (sketched a picture of my mom). Lory reminded me every week that art is an expression of who we are; Thank you Lory for rekindling the artist in me!

(March 29, 2021, 12:20 am)This was a really fun and easy to follow instructions. Lo patiently went through every step with us and gave useful tips when we showed our pictures. Such a wonderful experience for me and my deaf friends to get the class in full sign language. I will do it again!
