PWC in Vaughan exemplifies how a wellness center should be. Not only is the center sparking clean but also everyone working their so warm and empathetic.
The care providers are really invested in making their patients feel their best physically and mentally.
Special shout out to the front desk team & admin team for making the appointment schedule so flawless that i never had to cancel any of them and none of them came in my way.
I owe a lot to the team of service providers who made me feel the best in my life; Thank you Dr.Paul (Naturopath), Nada (Psychotherapist), Louisa (Mindfulness Coach) and the mighty spine ninja Dr.Alex for contributing tremendously to my quality of life.
I wouldn't have had a new perspective about living life with chronic low back pain had it not been for the fantastic people i met at PWC.
The pain hasn't gone away completely but i am in a much better position to deal with it because i learnt that pain has many contributing factors to it; diet , thoughts & stress.
Dr.Mailis thank you for setting up PWC and helping people like us have a second chance at life.

    Highly recommend!!!

I took a 4 month boot camp in March to help with my lower back issues. The help I received from the team was phenomenal. I learned so much physically and mentally about the body and how to keep it strong, and balanced. I Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

The Pain and Wellness centre provided me with the tools to confidently manage and cope with my chronic back pain. I can't honestly say that I now live a pain free life after completing the program, but I can say I do feel much happier with my quality of life despite the chronic pain. Dr Mailis is an expert in her field! Chiropractor Dr Sean Sutton taught me core exercises that I can safely do without further injuring my back. Psychologist Karen helped me enormously with my mental relationship to pain. Louisa opened my eyes with her mindfulness program which i feel has benefited me in all aspects of my life. Overall this is an extraordinary team!

Our son has a rare disease and a complication is chronic pain. He has seen numerous Doctors for his pain, but no one has helped, and he feels that no one has taken his pain seriously. The past year has been a significant struggle for him as well as for my husband and I as we've tried to support him.

Dr. Angela Mailis is amazingly compassionate and empathetic! I almost cried when she accepted our son into her program - which is intense and demands a lot of the patient, but our son is excited by the fact that someone believes him and wants to help.

The entire medical team are incredible! They've been so accommodating, understanding and made an effort to really connect with our son. The administrative staff are exceptional too. I honestly cannot express the gratitude that we feel for how much they are helping our son!

Very good clinic that treated me for my lower back pain after a year and a half of unresolved issues. The doctors and staff are all very nice and welcoming! Would very highly recommend the PWC.
