  I will like to share to the ones that understand being overweight. We now what we need to do but we need that person to make it happen. I am a new member and I've lost weight in places that never would of thought. We need to be pure and the ability to be motivated. I'm so happy in my journey.

  Been at PMF for over a year now. Dimitri and the coaches at this gym are great. All the staff are available to assists you with meeting your goals. The facility is clean and up to date and there are many classes throughout the day to work with your day to day schedule. I have been to many different gyms throughout my years but by far I am most happy at this gym. The environment is warm and welcoming and feels like family.
