  Orange Theory was love at first sight for me 24 months ago.
  The place is spotless, members are kind, professional and motivating. I have been a member for over 14 months now and my love and motivation only grows with time. I have had frequent panic and anxiety attacks and my energy level throughout the day was a roller coaster. Nightmare for a busy entrepreneur. I seriously have a stronger heart and tighter body as a gravy. I still get mild anxiety from time to time which I can live with. I want to thank every mastermind behind this amazing health and fitness organization. Orange theory is a life changing place for all those who take their heath seriouslyof ours.   Really well suited for those that aren't sure how to get the most out of their time at the gym. Just need 60 min and you can be sure that you are getting an amazing workout. Staff is really nice, and coaches are so motivating. Early morning 5:30am classes are the best!

  The motivation and variety is great. I don't have to think about the "how" when I come in; I just need an hour and I know I will get the best workout to reach my goals.

  I honestly think this location has the absolute best coaches not only are they great at motivating the people they are professionals in their coaching and instruction. The workouts are always complex and challenging which is what I love the most, however the spirit and energy within the members at this location is the best I have ever seen.

  I enjoyed it. However, I felt that there was too much cardio and not enough strength training. I ended up cancelling my membership and joined another boot camp at a cheaper price. I like my new camp way better; it focuses more on muscle building which is a plus for me.
