Amazing!! Mark was so considerate of my needs and areas that i needed him to focus on. Not to mention, we had a great conversation about quality of life, natural remedies and ways to relax and stay positive. After the session he even took time to show me stretches to help with posture. DEFINITELY will be back.

I had a great experience with the massage as the RMT was very helpful and also asked if there are any focus areas. After the message, some stretching techniques were also advised that were great. This location is very clean and staff are helpful as well. I will be booking another one soon.

Was very excited to try this location out for my first time, the massage went very well even though she did not concentrate on the areas I specified in the form, the masseuse was a professional and she was great with her elbows. After the massage was finished and the transaction was made, I was not asked how I felt or if I was satisfied with the service, no one asked me if I wanted to rebook or if I wanted a call as a reminder (3-6 months); They didn't even advise on how sore I would be the next day and how much fluids I should take. I think customer retention is important for all businesses and for my first time it just felt like they didn't want my business again and it was a one time kinda thing which left me with a sour feeling.

Wonderful! It was my first time at Massage Addict and the receptionist had me and my husband fill out a form. The masseuse did a wonderful job targeting my problem areas (my back and arms). This location is also very clean and bright.

We encountered some issues with the computer system not accepting the claim afterwards, so I had to submit the claim myself with the phone app.
