  I recently called because my insurance rate had gone up from last year. I was on the fence about whether to switch providers as the price had risen (without any accidents occurring or tickets issued). When I called ICD, I was transferred to Mary who was absolutely amazing and patient on the phone. She found a way to help me in my situation and as a result, I am more than happy to stay with ICD. Thank you for being so accommodating, efficient and helpful Mary :D

  I’ve been with ICD Insurance Brokers for several months now for auto insurance and can happily say that I’m more than satisfied with the service that they provide. They are reliable, reasonably priced, informed, and are always to help. Having been involved in a recent car accident, ICD has been tremendously helpful and supportive as they work with me to resolve the situation - all their employees working on my case have been able to offer essential information and assurance when I need it most. My broker in particular, Haris Khan, is someone who is very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt when providing any and all help my way. Since I first signed on with this company, Haris has been able to set me up with the right policies and has made sure everything has been explained to me in full and in terms that I am able to understand as a client. He’s also been so helpful when answering all questions as I sort out the process of replacing my vehicle... he's even gone above and beyond and has kindly dropped off important documents off-hours to my door! Having Haris as my broker has made me trust my decision in choosing ICD Insurance even more. I am happy to have joined ICD Insurance as their customer service is fantastic and dependable. Thank-you so much.

  I have been dealing with ICD for many years now and they have been wonderful to work with. Both Robert and Andrea are fantastic and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your matters are taken care of in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend!

  I was referred to Haris at icd insurance by my friend to obtain a home insurance quote. Haris was super professional and pleasant to deal with. He explained everything in simple terms and answered any questions I had. He suggested to combine auto as well and i ended up bundling everything and was able to lower and switch my insurance. Keep up the great work! You were a big help. I highly recommend him.

  For many years I had my home and auto insurance with a large insurance company. Though I have never had a claim, the cost was high and their service consisted of cashing my cheques. I asked for a discount a number of times but there was no budging on their high price. I chanced upon ICD Insurance brokers when looking for a better price. I was fortunate to be contacted by Haris Khan who summarized the costs and features of a number of different insurance companies. He was quick to respond to questions and offered a number of excellent insurance choices at substantial savings. My new home and auto policy is about 1/3 the cost of what I was paying. I checked the on line reviews of the various companies and chose a company that was well reviewed for service and reliability. It has been a pleasure to work with Haris and am excited about the $$$ savings.
