  VCV is a home away from home for our elderly loved ones who need more care than we, their children, can adequately provide. My parents-in-law were among the first 160 residents of VCV. They considered themselves fortunate to be in a home that provided loving and compassionate long-term care. The optimal services, activities, kindness and support provided by the PSWs, nurses, doctors, staff and administrators allowed them to live with dignity, wiith as much independence as possible, and enjoy quality of life in their later years.
  As a testament to the extent of our appreciation to VCV, my husband has been an active volunteer since its opening and continues to be even after the passing of both parents.
  How lucky we are to have a place like VCV: a place that our loved ones can love and call home.
  Thank you VCV for everyting that you do for our loved ones.

  My mother was at Villa Colombo for 7 years and I not only visited often, but was on the Family Council for 2 and a half of those years. In all my dealings with the home, I found the staff to be professional, caring and so helpful in answering my many questions about my mother's care. I was always directed to the person who best to answer my questions and much was resolved in a short matter of time. I would highly recommend this nursing facility to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved one.

  I have had the pleasure of dealing with the management of Villa Colombo for over three years and I can assure that my experience has been very positive. They are compassionate, resident focused and caring people.
