(February 19, 2021, 4:38 pm)Chris helped me out several times in the past few years. From finding a rental condo, putting early notice to my old/current one - to finding my new condo unit to buy! Chris is quick to respond and works around your availability even to late hours or short notice ones. He makes viewing easy and fun. He comes prepared and always fuss free. Chris has connections with mortgage advisor w/ free appraiser and barrister to close the deal. This helped a lot especially during covid19 lockdown and everyone worked remotely from start to finish. Chris is knowledgeable on first-time homebuyers plan withdrawals from RSP, timelines and closing the deal. He's great at guiding his clients and you feel at ease. Chris checks-in even after the deals are done which is a personable quality not all realtors have. I have been on a long journey with Chris. I'm happy and glad to be his client.
