  Fantastic plan (13 GB for $45 vs the $90 for 3 GB I was paying with Rogers!), very helpful staff offering creative solutions. Had a technical issue that was quickly resolved when I called the support hotline.

  Its slow here, and there's only a single associate so if there's ever more than one customer it can take a long time. Otherwise its dead quiet in the location its at. Went to pick up a phone here so my plan and everything was already active. Otherwise the associate there knew what he was doing but the process can still be timely (side note the associate I worked with does not normally work here). The store itself looks pretty shoddy, and its not a corporate store. Still no underhanded business practices here, unlike some of the other third party freedom locations.
