I was having heating issues in the condo and found Zorzitec when searching for a FCU repair service provider near me. The mechanic Sal was very professional and did all the necessary checks on the unit. However, the problem wasn't with the unit rather the building's hot water supply. Thankfully after submitting Zorzitec's report to management, the HVAC contractor was called and the issue rectified. Will definitely call and recommend Zorzitec for their honest service.
Steve came to my condo, on time and ready to work. He was so professional and installed my new thermostat in a moments time as well as did a full maintenance of the unit and walked me through it to help me understand. I highly recommend to use Zorzitec and Steve. Thanks again!!!
