She took the stress out of having to move and all that goes with it. I would recommend them anytime. Cristina followed up when the bins were dropped off to find out if all was well. She truly is an awesome employee and has amazing customer service skills. Thanks again!

(March 18, 2021, 7:31 pm)I am very satisfied with their service overall. Kayla Henry, our rep, is very pleasant and helpful. She answers to all my questions in a timely manner. I feel comfortable asking her anything without feeling that I am perhaps annoying her. Our previous rep, Mike, was also amazing. When I found out that he was no longer going to be assisting us, I was a little nervous; I guess one gets used to one person always assisting you, but Kayla is just as amazing and it feels like I've been dealing with her forever.
