Always have a great experience when I come here. Through their rewards program you are able to collect points towards your next purchases. They also provide mini samples for you to try new products. Love this place! My 'go to' for skin care products.

(January 3, 2019, 5:01 pm)This is a good sized store, where they carry a decent selection of the Nature Collection brands (The Face Shop, VDL, etc). They also carry some Fruits and Passion stuff. The store is bright and open, not cramped compared to some of its other downtown Toronto locations. The staff are friendly and helpful for the most part.
However, I have noticed something that really bothers me. Half the time I come here and go to the register to pay, the manager always find that's moment to talk to her staff at the register. It is a mixture of business and personal discussions. So I am standing at the register with my basket full of items and they just talk away. No 'we will be right with you' or anything. There was no one else lined up behind me, so the proper thing to do would be to ring me through and then continue this important discussion. It made things really awkward with me standing there for several minutes. It is not the first time is has happened, it has happened at least 4 times within the last 4 months. Plus how can you not see a customer standing right in front of the register, which you are using to demonstrate something to your staff?! Clearly the manager needs to get her priorities straight. -

(December 16, 2018, 5:05 pm)Not a bad selection of products. Customer service was pretty good. Gift wrapping available upon request. There are some pretty decent holiday deals going on as well. Definitely worth checking out if you need any products for face care.
