It is B2B so dont expect a high quality customer service, or someone to walk you throughout the showroom. Sorry to generalize like that, but Chinese are usually not the friendliest- and i think its part of culture more than anything else. I've been a customer for a while. I Dont buy directly with then - i do buy their slabs through our fabricator - and I never had a problem with the slab itself. Since they don't serve the public, its still a plus they let people in to look at the slabs.
