In the transaction, Luisa was Sellers Agent and I was a Buyer with no agent but Luisa's assisted me with all my queries and very well explained all the terms and conditions of Seller so there was no moment in transaction in which I felt disconnected or left out. I would definitely work with her in future and would recommend her service as well to anyone who asks me.

Possible time, mid march 2020, at the beginning of the lockdown. We still managed to sell, for near ask, within 5 weeks. Luisa worked her socks off, with great 3d video, great photos, and great social media exposure. She gave us advice on staging, and when we started looking to move, on rentals and on leases. I can’t possibly say enough good things about her. I was so glad she was our agent! -

She is a true professional in her field, and most definitely the person you want on your side during a negotiation.
