(November 19, 2020, 6:18 pm)We had a huge flood at our house and it was dark colored water. We actually didn't even know where the water was coming from until we called this company. They located the leak and fixed it quickly. They also did all the water damage repair as well. 5 STARS.

After coming home to a full on flood, we called Restoration Mate who sent out and emergency crew ASAP. they got here fast. And they got to work. Fans and machines and blowers and noise. Lots of noise but the water was mitigated and the home restored perfect.

(June 26, 2020, 12:38 pm)My entire basement was flooded, and when I called Restoration Mate Vaughan , they arrived with no delay. They efficiently removed all the water and installed dehumidifiers and blowers. Unfortunately, we had to cut all of the drywall from the walls. The BC Preferred Restoration team performed this task very quickly and didn't leave a mess behind, unlike most companies. Justin clearly explained everything about dealing with the claim to me and everything went smoothly. Thank you, Justin!
