Itay is super knowledgeable and vary good in whet he is doing I felt that I'm putting my body in the hands of a true professional he pushed me to get more out of myself and help me understand how to work with my body the way it supposed to be I am highly recommending for beginners and pros to go on train with itay you will definitely have a great experience
