I have read your review, thank you for your opinion.
First, I am sorry for your experience with us and please accept my apology for the inconveniences while we have a business.
I believe that you have little confusion with doing business with K.F.T. When we started the business, I have mentioned clearly, minimum delivery is $500, not $100.
I also mentioned about delivery system that regular delivery (regular means every week delivery) is for every Tuesday for your place and If there is long week, the delivery can be delayed one or two weeks. Currently, our delivery schedule is packed. Like your place, ask delivery irregularly, it is hard to find a spot for the delivery. That is why I made delivery myself to your place because I understand your business.
I am a key account manager and also a field agent. 50% of time I stayed in the office but if there is long week, I get busy and be out side of office most of time. This makes you feel that I am not responding properly, and I admit it, especially for the e-mail. However, I am trying best to respond and care my accounts.
