(October 16, 2020, 8:28 pm)I purchased an Arc Trainer 750at from Keystone Fitness in the summer and I can say that all of the staff that I have dealt with are top notch. The customer service that I received has been excellent. Other businesses can learn from them. From the sales, purchase and follow up service the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating. David, Amir and the technicians (sorry I don't know your names) have been a pleasure to deal with. The technicians are very detail oriented and took the time to make sure that everything was perfect. I most definitely will deal with them for any future fitness purchases. Thank you all!

(September 17, 2020, 4:58 pm)When I purchased a Life Fitness upright bike from Keystone, the staff was very quick to respond to me and discuss the particulars of the purchase by email and over the phone. They provided me with a 6 month warranty on the parts and offered me assurances on the quality of the product. Also, they had my bike shipped within a couple of days from my purchase, and the price to ship was very reasonable as the bike had to go across the entire country from Ontario to Alberta. Quality and quick service from this company - thanks especially goes to Amir for making the sale effortless.
