(March 29, 2021, 1:28 pm)I have hired GTA Heating & AC (Mike) for various installation and fixes. They are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very happy with them. Their prices are competitive as well. Last weekend, my furnace stopped working on a Saturday night. I called Mike who FaceTimed with me (during his personal and dinner time). He walked me through steps to figure out what to do. He asked me to read the fault code. He researched it and then came back to me. We tried different things and we fixed it. He did not charge me any money. He is an honest man that is knowledgeable with his business. I highly recommend him.

Searched for a fireplace for some time and can say that the prices are excellent, and their selection was better than most. In particular, it's great to see such a variety of floor models. Even more important: extremely nice people who have been just exemplary in their follow up and promises kept. Went above and beyond with their service, and we couldn't be happier. We had our AC replaced with no issues and on time.
Everyone we dealt with was professional and prompt to answer all our questions concerning product and our safety with installation during this crisis.
