  Giro D'Italia Ristorante has to be the closest I've come to having pizza that taste as it did in Italy. The dough is done to a perfect balance of softness and texture. The ingredients shine through beautifully without overpowering other elements. A great example of their work can be sampled when you have the simplest option, the Margarita. I'm definitely coming back to try their other offerings. The staff were professional and the ambiance relaxing. Highly recommended!

  It was my first time at this restaurant and when I entered with three friends it was very clear they were very busy. I was informed that if we did not have a reservation it may be difficult to get a table for 3. After speaking with the hostess, she was able to fit us in but informed us that we would only have 1h45min to dine since the next reservation was going to arrive. This was totally fine with us because we were planning to order pizza and pasta so order wait times wouldn't take too long.
  
  The server we had was great and very knowledgeable of the menu items. We chose to go for two different pizzas, a pasta and the deep fried artichoke hearts as an appetizer. We also chose a wine from their monthly regional menu. The concept is actually pretty good with this restaurant because its not your typical Italian spot. They rotate a special menu from different regions of Italy every month so there is always something new when you go back.
  
  The food was fantastic, fresh, full of flavor and was quick to the table too. Overall we were beyond pleased with everything this restaurant had to offer and were so impressed that we made reservations to go back soon so we can try some of the other menu items without the restricted dine-in time.

  What an amazing concept. They have a core menu but every month they have a menu dedicated to a different region Of Italy. Beautiful restaurant, great staff and delicious food. If I lived closer I’d visit every month for sure!

  For the most part, I enjoyed my meal and time at Giro D'Italia. The appetizers were delicious and the atmosphere was great. I loved variety of options available and for the most part, the staff was friendly enough.
  
  Despite the overall positive experience, there were a couple factors that I led me to docking a star. Our waiter appeared friendly enough but at times his impatience or frustration slipped through (although to be fair we were a very large party). He was also chewing gum though which was quite unprofessional. My other complaint was that the steak I ordered was not done the way I asked. I ordered medium and the steak I received was very well done with a bit of pink here and there. The quality of the meat also did leave more to be desired but aside from this, the meal was still enjoyable enough.
  
  I don't think this one experience is an accurate representation of the restaurant though and I definitely would not hesitate to return again although I imagine the experience would be better if we came in a smaller party.
