I asked Carlos and Alex to grind what I thought would be an impossible combination tool. They right away recognized the complexity and suggested staggered teeth to give me the performance. This tool gives machines 15 different dimensions and lots of corner breaks. Tolerances on the part is +/-0.0015" and all the steps on the tool are ground in relation to each other to within 0.0003". So holding my tolerances is not an issue. Also I asked them to rush my order by two weeks and they did without compromising quality. The entire team are very polite and knowledgeable. I have another project with them now and have the confidence that they will exceed my expectations. I am blown away by the entire experience dealing with them. I definitely recommend them.
