I was blown away by the prompt and courteous service - I only connected with them less than 10 business day before the date I needed the special order product. Carol (Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge) work closely with the manufacturer to ensure the exact special order items were received promptly. The turnaround time was impressive! I received the special order items, delivered at my doorstep, two days ahead of schedule!
