Her customer service was very genuine and authentic. I definitely will come back next time I need to purchase a gift.

One of the associates helped me find the perfect dress for the event I was going to and even made suggestions on what kind of shoes/hairstyle would look good. Unfortunately before my event I noticed a small tear at the seam on the side of the dress, it wasn't too big, but still noticeable when the dress was stretched... so I took it back to the location and they offered either an exchange, full refund, or a damage discount. Which I have to say was incredibly refreshing and accommodating. I decided to keep the dress and will absolutely continue to shop at dynamite because of how well they accept responsibility for quality assurance.
