  Update to review: I was actually contacted the next day that I posted this review by the clinic manager. The receptionist was given a warning and the manager apologized perfusely for the experience! I really appreciated the time he took to reach out to me and remedy the situation.
  
  The receptionist at this clinic is by far the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. She had zero idea what healthcare policies and procedures are and just says whatever is convinient for her/makes less work for her. She would not send my specialist the results of my Pap test even though the referral was for a Pap test review, she said they had to fax her - untrue. I am a nurse myself and work in healthcare. I also confirmed this with my specialist office as; which stated I was correct. She then promptly hung up on me / placed me on hold for several hours and would not return my phone calls.

  Dr. Razzaq and her team are exceptional. Dr. Razzaq is knowledgeable, professional, and very compassionate. Her team have always been wonderful to deal with. They usually answer the phone right away when you call the clinic, and otherwise they call you back within minutes. They are very efficient and polite, and quite a number of times they went out of their way to help me and my family. They are the best.
