(May 8, 2017, 12:51 pm)My son has been taking classes for more than 4 years and he’s addicted to the energy and positive attitude. The class has all levels and ages of participants and all are welcome. The instructor Mark focuses on making sure all students do the moves correctly so that they get a fantastic workout while learning proper technique. We were trying 5 different schools before (2 in Toronto and 3 in Winnipeg) and I can tell that Double Touch is the best of the best.

(May 5, 2017, 5:57 pm)Mark is very insightful and professional instructor. My boys have been going to Double Touch school for over 2 years now and results are just amazing. The school really teaches self defense and works on core values of respect, responsibility, and discipline.

An amazing Kickboxing classes, also for cardio running by excellent trainer Mark, who knows and understands the needs of each student, regardless of age, and provides full spectrum of services during his class: from physically challenging to individual motivation and discipline.
