  Rental was cheap and easy to book, but found out when I got there that things weren't what they seemed.
  
  The hours changed over a year ago, but nothing is mentioned online and will not be told you until you arrive.
  
  Also, they stopped carrying the 12' cube trucks at this location. This was what I rented online, but wehn I arrived was told they don't have them anymore and could either upgrade (at a cost) or take a much smaller van which was the same class.
  
  I wish they would update their website and Google info, as it sucks to find out you have to be back earlier than anticipated or pay for an extra day.
  
  There was also a warning light on the dash that I asked about before leaving with the van, and the two staff told me it was normal and to ignore it....other customers have asked the same question and they tell them the same thing.
  
  How about fix the vehicle so customers don't worry about it upon start-up?

  The employees here are super friendly and the truck's are all like brand new! I had on a few occasions that I was one of the first person to drive the truck.This one was only 10,000 km on it was it was like brand new to the usual truck rental companies.

  It's a great facility. Lots of truck options. I have used this place twice. Both times getting quality vehicles. Only complaint is there were only two people working when I arrived and there was a line. I had to wait about 15 mins before I could work with an employee to get my vehicle. I was left all alone while both went out to inspect vehicles. But the employees were very pleasant and accommodating.

  Very Professional service. They had vehicles available during New Year time, which was amazing since all the other car rental companies were all out. Prices were also good. We were offered a bigger vehicle for the same price as the car we reserved. Employee's were also very calm and were able to explain everything so we won't be confused about the bill. Definetly recommend it to those who need a rental.

  A very professional rental and maintenance team. The truck was brand new, very clean and in overall fantastic condition. Rental, insurance and mileage pricing was very reasonable. No hidden charges of any kind. What they promised, is exactly what they delivered. Nothing but good feedback to give.
