I had to order some StegoWrap Crawl for a job in northern Ontario and CDS was able to get me the product I needed with little notice. I would have preferred to pick up at a branch, but due to the short notice it would have cost a fairly expensive rush delivery, however, Stephanie arranged for me to pick up from their supplier at the time I needed.
From the first phone call through pick up, Stephanie was fantastic and kept me in the loop locating the product, pricing, pick-up etc.
I will definitely purchase from CDS in the future because of the customer service I received. -

(January 24, 2019, 6:09 pm)I spend a lot of my time calling distribution centers to get pricing and information on products working as a estimator, CDS is by far the most helpful and polite distro I have ever had to work with. They answer all of my questions with no complaints and go above and beyond to help me get my pricing under control. Ethan is by far the best when it comes to customer service!!
