(October 1, 2020, 4:39 pm)Purchased my zforce from them and ordered all the accessories. They were very eager to help me until I signed the contract. Once signed everyone disappeared. It was the strangest thing. I loaded my machine, never got the full walk-around and the accessories won't be in for at least 2 months. So I'm going to have to drive back 45min one way to get my parts. They wouldn't drop ship. I called head office. They were nice but full of excuses. Poor after sales support. I will update my review once I get my accessories and if the service manager and salesrep start responding better. Right now I'm in the dark. No return call was made to me.
