(June 18, 2021, 7:24 pm)I have dealt with many car dealers before, and I have to say that MSP is one of the best. Mike was very honest and straightforward. Whatever he promised he came through. He was flexible with the price, very helpful with paperwork and supportive. I have to mention that there was some issues with the vehicle but he fixed as promised. Not only that but I was busy working and he actually picked up my vehicle and did the work on it and brought it back to our parking yard at work.
I do appreciate all you did Mike and going out of your way to make me happy. I am happy and satisfied and do recommend anyone to deal with Mike and will never regret it. Soon my daughter will need a car I will be contacting you Mike

(May 30, 2021, 1:16 am)I have been looking to purchase a BMW again but was very hesitance to purchase from Dealer or Private sale as my last experience wasn't as described and left a negative view towards BMW Reliability. I came a cross MSP Listing of the Below BMW and based on the pictures & after speaking to Michael's assurance, i moved forward. Purchased the vehicle last week & was very impressive of the Vehicle and the honest description i received. I didn't feel anything was hidden from me nor unreasonable in terms of cost & timing of the Delivery etc. Overall, very good communication and honest service. Thanks for the BMW & I look forward to enjoying it.
