Always very accommodating and thorough in ensuring prescribed medications are reviewed and understood. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient pharmacy. (April 28, 2021, 4:26 pm)Was able to book COVID 19 vaccine on line - the staff were really responsive with lots of support before my appointment. I appreciate professionalism at the appointment it was amazing - they reviewed the Vaccine with me and possible side effects and what to do. Hole process was 18 minutes with 15 of it monitoring after receiving the shot. Smooth and professional - Thanks

(April 23, 2021, 6:38 pm)My husband and I went April 22, 2021 to get our vaccine and we’re very happy with the service we received from MJ. At the pharmacy reception we were also met with a very friendly person who gave us the details of what was going to be done and how long we had to stay after the vaccine. This is the pharmacy that I deal with all the time and never had any complaints. I went there the day before to pick up my prescriptions and saw the were giving out the vaccines. I asked about signing up and they signed me and my husband up, which was a great relief for me. Thank you Uptown Apothecary

(April 13, 2021, 11:22 pm)I have been a customer at several other pharmacies over the years, but ever since I moved all my prescriptions over to Uptown Apothecary in Richmond Hill, I am so happy. Best move ever!! Everyone at this location are so kind, helpful and spend as much time as possible with me so I fully understand the medication that I am picking up. Special Thanks goes to MJ, the head pharmacist, his service is second to none! He always gets my prescriptions filled very quickly and truly cares about my well being! Highly recommend everyone to check this pharmacy out!
