After the polite technician checked every part, he found that the defective control board needed replacement. Good thing he was able to do so immediately. It saved my daughter’s cake that made her birthday happy.

He said the belt needed to be replaced and I agreed. I was able to finish the laundry the same day and I have this appliance service from Tower Hill Appliance Repair to thank.

They are still the superb company I know. Their technician was quick to assess the cause of the problem, replaced the broken impeller and got our washer running quietly again.
