I had 2 watches Overhauled and Refurbished last year and yes the 1st watch took 4 months and the 2nd watch took 2 months to come back, but they tell you this timeline when you drop off the watch at Tag Store, i did mine at Yorkdale. Communication with TH Support Canada was slow but every email was replied to by Laura who is a sweetheart. I have nothing but good things to say with the service i got and how i received my watches back, like brand new! Be patient when sending your watch here.
