(November 22, 2019, 8:08 pm)My experience and feedback is extremely positive about Pilates Buddies. Now being a member of the routine workout space the level of professionalism, attention towards students, teaching techniques, and overall atmosphere is at a highest quality.
The workout shaped my body to where I want to be aesthetically specifically my problem areas.
I have also build strength both physically and emotionally specifically on my self-confidence and self-esteem.

Anya is the most professional, friendly and and knowledgeable instructor who customizes workouts to fit each person’s individual needs and goals. She is always there to show the proper movements and focuses on each person with specific detail and great care!

(October 11, 2019, 7:10 pm)I have been attending Pilates Buddies for couple of months and I’m so grateful to our instructor Anya - she is super positive, knowledgeable and fun! Every session is different and doesn’t feel like a routine - I always look forward to Pilates, after the classes my body feels strong and balanced and my mind is relaxed and clear.

She gives you all the attention you need, just as if it was a private lesson. Anya always make sure you are comfortable with the workout and you never get bored. I never enjoyed a workout as much as I do at this class.
