I began going to Dr. Hirji after a car accident this summer and was immediately impressed by her extensive knowledge and caring demeanour. She took a comprehensive approach to treating my whiplash, and gave me a number of exercises and stretches to do at home to speed up my recovery time. I am still amazed at the progress I made from one visit to the next! She intuitively found the source of my pain and helped alleviate it, drawing from her degrees in both Physiotherapy and Chiropractic. As an added bonus, Dr. Hirji managed to lessen the intensity and frequency of my migraines, leaving me headache-free for the first time in my adult life!

I don't think that I have come across a more angelic and kind person. Dr. Hirji has taken care of me like a second mother and her treatment has allowed me to start playing golf again after 2 years, all it took was the 1st session to feel instant relief and comfort. I highly recommend her with a full 10/10 rating, no doubt about it

Thank You Dr Hirji, you are amazing!!

My husband and I came here for massage therapy. She was amazing and so friendly. My husband hates getting massages, but after our first session, we had booked another. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent physio and rehab centre. The staff and treating service providers are very nice and the environment is clean, spacious and inviting. I highly recommend them for treatment. They also direct bill with many insurance providers.

Dr. Selina Hirji provided extensive and successful physiotherapy treatment on my knee and more specifically my wrist due to sports injuries. Her knowledge, skills and professionalism are first-rate. This has led to very positive outcomes and healing. As an avid cyclist and guitarist, a strong and healthy wrist was essential to my continued fulfillment of my life style. With laser and specific strengthening exercises designed for me by Dr. Selena, I have fully recovered and am back to doing the things that I enjoy most. I would highly recommend Dr. Selina and the team at Physio Plus!
