(October 10, 2019, 9:27 pm)Novel Care just finished the installation of a new boiler and ductless a/c unit, plus two new rads, at my house and I couldn't be happier. Andrew, who I dealt with throughout the process, was great to deal with, extremely knowledgeable about the products, got the installation date arranged quickly and always got back to me right away with any questions I had. He also called me after the job was done to make sure I was happy with the work. Mark, their boiler installation technician, is a genius. Compared to the installation of my old boiler, his work is incredible and the installation thoughtfully planned. On top of that, he is very personable and he made sure I understood the system and what various shut-offs did. He ensured the system was thoroughly tested and working smoothly before they left. Sean did a great job of installing the ductless a/c unit within a day. All on time with no surprises. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can't say enough about my experience with Novel Care, and the service from Andrew and everyone. Very happy customer, 3 units purchased.

(September 27, 2019, 2:24 am)My old conditioner just stopped working .I had very bad experience with several previous companys . I spent a lot of money just adding freon , they did not find a leak . It was in the inside unit actually .And then I found Novel Care. That company was so so professional , punctual , knowledgeable . I am very happy with my new unit and how they treated me ,as a customer .

The installation team worked clean, and were more than happy to answer all of questions along the way. We are very happy to have purchased our boiler from novel care.

(March 10, 2019, 2:29 pm)Our 42 year old Boiler unit died this month and I called Novel care to assess the situation. The appointment was timely and the inspection was thorough. There were no high pressure sales tactics used and the estimate for a Boiler and hot water unit replacement was very reasonable. The work was done in a few days and we are happy with the service we received. We will recommend this company to our friends and neighbours.
