Sue is also a great communicator and isn’t afraid to delve deeper into conversation to help you. There have been instances where she would kindly convince me not to do stuff to my hair, even if it means that she’s not making any business, strictly because it wouldn’t be good for my hair’s health. Sue is definitely a people person before businesswoman, and that is rare trait to see in the competitive retail marketplace!
