We choose Behrad Bagherzadeh because a close friend referred him to us. It’s fantastic to find an agent who is motivated by building relationships rather than building commissions for himself. He does extensive market research before he makes the bid on the house. He is superb when it comes to negotiation. I highly recommend giving him a chance. Behrad is so thoughtful when it comes to his clients. Calling to check-in and ensure everything is alright, calling before and after the purchase is complete. We are blessed to have been introduced to this Young gentleman.
