It is a small gym so if you are looking for a lot.of bells and whistles this is not the place for you
However it has just what you need for a good workout and there was not a lot of people so I felt safe
Also the staff was diligent about wearing their masks
A staff member Newsha politely asked a customer to put on his mask in an area for.which it was required and most of the customers were wearing masks during workout..I only spotted one person who didnt and as soon as he was finished working out he put it on
I also asked a staff member to help me connect wifi and even tho it was taking awhile he patiently assisted
The gym was clean and I will definitely return _post Corona -

(February 21, 2020, 4:12 am)Great staff & members still! Just needs some love from head office...they must like the mold smell. The mall is all new why isn't the gym? I returned after many years to find the same change room, toilet & showers...just a lot older, nastier and smellier!

(October 17, 2019, 12:13 pm)This is my absolute favourite gym. Clean, friendly staff, and respectful people working out. I also highly recommend Ray if you're looking for a trainer. I trained with him for a year and lost 75 lbs, and am continuing to keep the weight off for well over a year since. Ray changed my life for the better and I can't thank him enough. ?
