(September 22, 2020, 3:01 pm)They need better signage so that people know what to do when they enter the clinic. They text you when you are at 10 min waiting, which turns out to be much longer. It would be helpful if the text says, " this is just a 10 min notice, don't come into the clinic until the next text tells you to"
