Dr. Victor Mak is an INCREDIBLE doctor! He is professional, patient, attentive, dedicated and pleasant! He listens carefully and his calm demeanor is reassuring. I was referred to Dr. Mak for constant recurring bladder infections. Dr. Mak performed three procedures and prescribed me the effective medications. My infection has now been cleared for over two years. It is really a pleasure going to my followup appointments to see him. Thank you! Dr. Mak.

It's been a while since my husband has seen Dr Mak and had a procedure done by Dr. Mak. But I can never forget that this humble, knowledgable and professional urologist treated my husband with great expertise and patience and brought my husband a healthy life again. I sincerely appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Mak! The reason why there are not many Google reviews is probably because most of his patients are senior people who don't speak English. As the last review pointed out, Dr. Mak is always on the rush as Dr. Mak is very busy and often over-booked. But this is understandable and won't hold my 5-star review for him.
