(December 6, 2018, 10:07 pm)I am a senior, I have a saving account in RBC. In this 2 months, when I use my bank card making any on-line transaction, my account will be charged $2 per transaction.
This morning, I visited this branch & got help from a teller. Luckily met Souri Arghadeh-A nice Financial Advisor, she listened aside, after she realized what I needed, she helped me to solve my problems patiently & even got back some unnecessary charges.
This is the best customer service since I become a customer of RBC from 1992, and she is the best employee.
It was an enjoyable experience visiting this branch.
