Prices are great and the quality is beautiful. They have a great policy of being able to return the rug within a day for full refund if you do not like the rug or exchange/credit within a week. Delivery was quick and easy to set up.

The salespeople were incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. They gave really valuable tips about how each rug might look in your space and the difference in quality between materials and country of origin. They were very patient with us while we were making our selections ! We are thrilled with how our rug gives a one-of-a-kind vintage character to our living room - thanks Area Rug Shop...we will definitely be back!

There are carpets of various quality also. We ended buying two carpets that fit beautifully in the spaces. Trisha was extremely helpful and gave us valuable advice. Thank you so much!
