Recently had surgery on November 5th 2021.
I can't begin to say enough about Dr. Kavanaugh.
My experience was comforting and I felt I was in very safe hands. I spent 3 days in sac unit and 7 in surgical unit. The staff at Southlake were exceptional as well. I highly recommend Dr. Kavanaugh. Wonderful surgeon and great bedside care. Dr. Kavanaugh really cares about your health and your recovery.
After having serious complications from a surgery Dr. Crystal Kavanaugh had to perform an emergency life saving procedure on me. It had to be done so quick there was no time for anesthesia. There was no time to even give me pain meds. I was literally in the midst of "checking out". I came very, very close to dieing that day. Dr. Crystal Kavanaugh and the team at York thoracic surgery saved my life literally.
I would like to express my huge gratitude to Dr. Toth and his team at York Thoracic Surgery. After being diagnosed with a potentially cancerous stomach tumour I was sent to Dr. Toth to manage my care. I immediately felt I was in very capable hands. Dr. Toth and his team were exceptionally thorough with all aspects of my diagnostic procedures, surgery and post care.
With all the negativity lately, I just want to say I feel very blessed to live in Canada and have received all of this care.
Dr Toth is excellent, compassionate, and a fantastic surgeon as well having a good sense of humour .I would not want to have major surgery with any other Doctor
