  Some what of a novice DIY'r but the staff was great assisting me with what I needed having to walk multiple times from the counter to the racks.

  Outstanding customer service! I went in looking to replace a tap cartridge that no one else I'd shown it to could identify. A staff member performed an exhaustive search of the store and his catalogues, then went on to contact a manufacturer's rep. He emailed me back a day later with news of who made it and even how to get a warranty replacement. Extremely impressed!
