I would recommend The Chesterfield Shop to anyone! Their customer service was incredible from the moment I reached out to them about a new sectional, to the time it was delivered. Sharon is an exceptional consultant who worked to understand my style and requirements while providing honest recommendations about the sectional that would best suit my space and lifestyle. Jim was attentive and accommodating, especially during COVID, to ensure I could access fabric samples to be confident in my selection. Not to mention the sectional is absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with The Chesterfield Shop!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience wow!
Sharon was the most thorough and helpful representative. She made sure we were given every option under the sun before allowing us to make our decision. She took the time and patience to sit with us and really make sure that we were happy. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone who needs a sofa to go see SHARON, you will be in great hands. Super excited about our purchase, cant wait for it to arrive!

My husband and I were in the market for a sofa bed to accommodate guests and The Chesterfield Shop exceeded our needs! We dealt with Ryan who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. No pressure tactics and adherence to social distancing, etc. was met without exception. Our sofa was delivered in less than a week and the delivery crew was polite and helpful. The sofa looks fabulous in our new home. All in all a very seamless and pleasing experience. I would (and have) recommended The Chesterfield Shop to anyone!

After an awful day of searching for the perfect couches we stumbled upon the chesterfield shop. What a refreshing change! So many beautiful pieces to choose from. A big thank you to Karen for her patience and helpful advice. We were expecting a long wait for our furniture based upon what other furniture stores had told us, but were so happy to receive our couches within the week! The delivery team were very professional and set up the couches in no time at all. Thank you everyone for a great experience! We love our couches!!
