(April 8, 2021, 3:37 pm)WOW. I could not find the correct bobbin anywhere to fit my old White 5500 machine and was desperate as I had only one. Jaret searched online, looked in so many little compartments, in the back room and spent at least 20 minutes of his time searching for, and finding, the correct bobbin. I was amazed at the amount of work he put in for an 85 cent sale!!! All customer service should be like this. Thank you. I will be back
