This week i found myself in need of a new phone. I reached out via email to the rep I have dealt with in the past (Adam). In under an hour I had a response and the information I needed about the plan and phone upgrades. The following day I made my decision to go ahead with the new phone and again right away I had a response and they got everything arranged for me. My phone was on its way to me before the day's end. The staff at SmartCell were extremely helpful to me. Adam, the Technician Service Manager helped me to switch to Telus and set up an Apple Watch. He has excellent customer service skills and it was a very positive experience. The staff are very kind and professional, and the prices are great!
