The customer service reps are very transparent on product availability and expected delivery times. Kudos to Tamara, the service reps, and everybody else involved in getting these products to my family quickly! THANK YOU

I had the pleasure of working with two amazing Surgo employees Shannon Richards and Kimberley Bishop to resolve the issue. Both ladies were empathetic, professional and worked really hard to get answers. Their communication skills and understanding is exactly what’s needed in customer service. The company is very fortunate to have such outstanding customer service representatives...They enhance the customer experience. Thank you Shannon and Kimberley.
