It is unbelievable how it has helped me get unstuck about thoughts and beliefs that I have had since a very young child. It is unreal what we carry with us thru the years an if we can unload or reset this thinking, how much joy we can start to feel again.
It’s helped me see the areas in my life where I deserve to hold more space for myself!

I now have focus and purpose. Best of all I have the tools to take on what life throws my way. Carolyn is so refreshing, professional and empathic. I am so thrilled with my TimeLine Therapy session and the changes I have already experienced in my awareness and growth.
