Reiki Master Karen Armstrong - Inside Out

I have known Karen for several years, and finally had a Reiki session with her last week. I had a pulling feeling that I needed some help with my energy, so I reached out. And it was better than I could have expected. I can't describe the feelings I felt during and after, just lighter and "rightly content", but also buzzing with deep thoughts.

The energy that Karen brings to her space is amazing. Her studio itself is a work of energetic art; you feel safe and protected while there.

I would highly recommend her Reiki services to anyone. I have taken the Enneagram course with Karen, which I would also highly recommend for help understanding professional colleagues and family members. I'm also very interested in her Biophoton Light Therapy as well. And I will definitely be going back soon!
